New Beginner Program:We have fun introductory classes for all ages of boys and girls, men and women of all levels and physical abilities. Our Start-Up program teaches basic fencing behavior, sportsmanship, self-discipline, and of course the basic terminology, footwork, offensive and defensive actions, including bouting strategy with actual fencing.
In the beginner classes we will teach techniques for all three swords; Foil, Epee and Saber. These classes are for true beginners who have had no experience with fencing. Classes start every month.
Youth Class
Days & Times: Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Frequency: One time a week
Dates: Ongoing; New students start First week of each month.
Cost(equipment rental included): $60.00 per month (Once a week).
Adults Class
Days & Times: Saturdays 10:00 - 11:00 am
Frequency: One time a week
Dates: Ongoing; New students start First week of each month.
Cost(equipment rental included): $60.00 per month (Once a week).
Each athlete is encouraged to stay in each particular level until they, their family, and their coach agree that the athlete is ready to move to the next level. For example: Some younger athletes this progression may take several months per level and this is normal. Conversely, some older or more experienced athletes may require only 1 month in each class.
